OUR PARTNERS

Crisis Lines & Hotlines
Crisis lines and hotlines go by all sorts of names – including helplines, talk lines, and warmlines. They are a great place to talk with a person when you are feeling an emotional crisis. Trained staff will ensure your safety, talk through the things that are on your mind, and offer next steps toward resolving the issues you are facing. Many times, these phone lines are staffed by people that have gone through the same thing you are experiencing, so they truly understand where you are. These types of services are confidential and free and only ask that you share what you are comfortable sharing to help yourself get to a better place.

SPOA and Community Supports
SPOA is short for Single Point of Access. It is a special intake process for adults or families with children who have significant behavioral health needs that would benefit from additional supports and services in the community. Referrals are typically made by service providers, schools, or counselors but you can self-refer as well. Every county offers SPOA services for Adults and Children.
